The conference will be held in hybrid form (online and live) at Warsaw University of Technology (WUT) premises. Warsaw University of Technology (Polish: Politechnika Warszawska) established in 1915 is one of the most renowned universities in Poland and the whole Central-East Europe. The research and education activities are conducted at 19 faculties.The student number exceeds 24 000. In 2019 WUT has been awarded “Excellence Initiative: Research University”, among 10 best universities in Poland. Research and education activities related to optical communication are concerted at Institute of Telecommunication, Faculty of Electronics and Information Technology. 

Warsaw is a capitol of Poland. It is an academic and business hub in Poland. Beside that, there are many tourist attractions in Warsaw including UNESCO World Heritage listed Old Town. The world famous Warsaw citizens include: Maria Skłodowska-Curie (Nobel Prize in Physics and Chemistry), Fredric Chopin (pianist, composer), Isaac Bashevis Singer (Nobel Prize in Literature) and Robert Lewandowski (footbool player).
